Amounts of Drugs Presumed for Sale: Defense Against Charges of Sales

In Arizona, pursuant to A.R.S §13-3407(A)(2) and A.R.S §13-3407(A)(7) it is unlawful for anyone to knowingly possess a dangerous drug for sale, or to transport a dangerous drug for sale. Transportation and intent to sell can be proven by a wide variety of factory including the weight of the drugs, how they are packaged and by whether or not the drugs are found in a moving vehicle.
