Biography

Joshua Davidson is the owner of his own criminal defense practice, where he defends clients facing felony, misdemeanor, and DUI charges throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the rest of Arizona. A former prosecutor, Joshua has been in practice for nearly 30 years and brings that insight into how the state builds its cases to every client he represents.

Joshua gives each case individualized attention, working closely with clients to understand the full picture before building a defense strategy. His years on both sides of the courtroom — as a prosecutor and as defense counsel — give him a clear-eyed view of what it takes to protect his clients’ rights and achieve the best possible outcome.
