Joshua S. Davidson

Joshua S. Davidson is the Founding Attorney of Davidson Criminal Defense & DUI Law Firm, serving clients from offices in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona. He focuses on criminal defense and DUI cases, representing individuals facing felony and misdemeanor charges, including domestic violence, sex crimes, drug offenses, assault, theft, white collar crimes, weapons charges, violent crimes, expungements, and probation violations. Licensed by the Arizona State Bar since 1998, Joshua is admitted to all Arizona state and federal courts. Before founding the firm in 2005, he spent five years as a prosecutor in the Major Crimes Division of the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, where he handled more than 70 jury trials, primarily felony cases. He earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
