What happened with the DUI cases being prosecuted by the City of Scottsdale?

As has been widely reported, recently hired Scottsdale City Prosecutor Shawn Fuller was fired amid allegations that he engaged in gender discrimination.  Fuller maintains that he was wrongfully terminated by the city because he came forward with information showing that his predecessor failed to disclose information tending to show that individuals prosecuted by her office were actually innocent, even after many of them entered guilty pleas without the benefit of a DUI Defense Attorney.  In his notice of claim, Fuller seeks approximately $1.8 million dollars.  Filing a notice of claim is generally considered a prelude to a law suit; which apparently has not been filed as of yet.
